You might notice I have no links to Instagram on my site. I decided to dis-engage with Instagram back in October 2022. I've devoted myself to showing up in integrity with my energy and at this time, engaging with Instagram is a huge energy leak and an absolute NO for me. That may change, who knows, but for right now I am standing firm in that. This is the way for me.

I strongly support the decision for those in my community to also experiment with dis-engaging with social media platforms that do not make them feel good. Instagram is not a need.

As of May 2023, I have made a soft return to Instagram. It's all about play for me right now, so I'm playing with this return as a practice of coming out of almost a year of hiding. I will leave this Image Feed here, because I may decide that returning to Instagram is not for me.
