"Whatever the reason, maybe it’s time to put your faith, your growth and evolution, your trust in yourself, the higher version of you, your supple heart, your strength and your softness to the test. See how you stand up in the power of those beautiful things, absent of the illusions and delusions that keep telling an outdated story for you. How about you tell the story. How about you live the story and walk the story that you want to be true about you. You don’t need the additional clothes, the additional things, the additional people, the clutter, the extra. You only think you do."
- Excerpt from a Musing, Music & The Moon love note
Aside from music and movement, writing has always been one of my first loves. Since 2014, I have shared my human centered, soulful writing online via social media, my personal websites, online articles and my personal newsletter. Sharing the learnings from my own daily human walk with you is one way I have chosen to be of service as a guide and vessel. Musing, Music & The Moon (formerly Teaching By Living) is an expression of my service to you and this world, through my writing. I would love to keep walking beside you on this human journey by not only sharing heartfelt insights from me to you, but by building a sacred space for community to flourish and grow!
"I love opening and reading your emails because they help me slow down. I notice I breathe a little slower when I read your messages. You are giving me space to direct my attention inward."
